DO NOT EAT HERE! Most disgusting kitchen I have EVER worked in! I been in restaurants for more than 10 years I have never seen anything this gross, they don't practice certain sanitary protocols and I am without a doubt in disbelief they haven't been sued for food poisoning or other illnesses involving what they send out. Take my word: DO NOT EAT HERE! The only time they properly clean the kitchen is when they know a food safety inspector is stopping in, otherwise nothing is cleaned properly, when I started out as a cook, I remember trying to sanitize or clean out my work area and physically told to stop what I was doing and "don't worry about it". It took more than 3 days and 5 staff to wipe all the grease and dirt off the walls and behind equipment just to make it even decent. By far the worst restaurant and I cannot believe this place is still open! They rip off their employees for their tips and hours, I didn't get paid any overtime hours I worked and the bar manager is hammered almost every night! Best to go to a hotdog vendor than eat here!

The food really is top notch for pub food with an extensive menu. Everything is make in house and it really shows with how much care and effort and choices they put in to their food. Our Server was great and we were so impressed we came back the next day for lunch too! I definitely agree with other commenters about how the smell and decor of the place detracts from the experience. However, I would way rather have great food at reasonable prices and great service over a fancy booth any day!

Great bar, downtown Edmonton... my girlfriend and I met the owner and he gave us a little tour of the really nice Wine Room that is connected to the pub. We had a great night and have been several times since. Good selection for drinks and the food is good.

Pub 1905 is awesome!! My husband and I are KETO and the server and kitchen staff were so accommodating last Wednesday when we visited! We had loaded nachos with no nacho chips and wow so delicious and they didn't look at us with 3 heads when we ordered it lol! Very clean, relaxing atmosphere and friendly accommodating staff...we will definitely go again next time we are in Edmonton

Love this place! & the Burgers are to die for... Hand (and home) made deliciousness... yum!
Theeeen just when I thought this place couldn't get any better they now have a out door patio!!! Awesome!
