The food was very tasty & balanced. The hospitality was amazing and we were provided a very fine explanation of each dish we ordered. The Waterzooi is a Must & blew us away with its content variety & taste. The Escargots were amazing as well. We had a wonderful evening and wish to come back for more.

I almost gave 4 stars because of the prices, but quickly realized you get what you pay for.. This place is top notch. Probably one of the best restaurants in Wilmington hands down..

Caprice is a gem! Not only is the food delicious with specials every day, but the atmosphere is the best to relax and the owners and staff are so attentive that you feel you are treated with special care any time you enter the place! My husband and I are very picky on food and wine.... being French.... and we have found THE restaurant in Wilmington that deserves 5 stars at all levels! We now go there once a week for more than 6 months and every time we both enjoy our time in Caprice! The best price/quality experience too... Merci!!!!!

Saw this place was highly rated so tried it out and was not disappointed. Food was excellent portions were good to generous. All of the sauces on the dishes were different, delicious, and i dont know how to make them. The guy at the table next to us was allergic to gluten and corn... so they made him special sauces with no trouble.

I will go here again.

Every single dish we had was absolutely outstanding, including the bread. My mousse had 3 different types of chocolate - white, milk and dark (my absolute favorite). We also had a Vouvray (French white) which was fantastic, remarkably superior to any wine I have had in years, served cool and stored off the table for you. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and quick without intruding . The setting is a classic, brick, old town, Wilmington building steps from the river. A treasure.
