I've been working with Nadya for the past six months to get ready for a hip replacement. I was originally planning on having the surgery in December, but she has helped me strengthen the muscles in my leg and in my core, and I'm now pushing the surgery back to summer or later. She has tailored my sessions with her to pinpoint the exercises most beneficial to me. I'm so impressed with her knowledge, but even more impressed with her ability to make me feel like the most important client she has ever had. I can feel and see the improvement in my body.
