This is my 3rd time getting horrible service here. They take forever to take our order. They take forever to give us our food. No me gusta. You'll be better off at Denny's. Hahaha

I just used the online ordering feature and was disappointed that I couldn't pay online. When I called the restaurant to ask if I could pay over the phone so my friend didn't have to when they picked up the food, I was told I could pay for the order in person or online (but it never gave me the online option). When I told the person that on the phone, he was going to put me through to the manager. He then forgot to get the manager for me and i had to wait on hold even longer. When he picked back up, he told me they didn't know what to do and I had to pay on pickup still. I told him that was kind of crappy since he said I could pay online and I couldn't, and he replied "well.. have a nice night, we'll see you soon". I never got to speak to the manager when I asked to and I will not be ordering through the online portion or returning to BJ's again. That was incredibly rude customer service.

Average mass produced beer & food. Service takes a long time.

Manager Jacob and Server Matt excellent service. It was very busy and Jacob approached to be sure we we acknowledged. Matt was prompt, friendly and efficient. I was impressed with their attention to customer service
