We came to checkout it out for a birthday party but if they only perform when extra is paid we won't take part.. I had to ask if Chuck was going to come out or not after his qued song played and ended and then they also let my son out with another group of people just testing the "security" so that was a fail. Not worth the money

Terrible, we're looking where all the staff went and found out that the staff's playing inside the kitchen, where's the food we ordered, where's the manager???

Yo corporate what's up with this franchise slow service???

I have no complaints for this place except for the pizzas on certain occasions. Staffs need to be a bit more upbeat. Kids love it though!

Extremely busy, no problem, but it seemed like there were staff running around doing nothing. No acknowledgement that you were waiting, at first we stood in line to get a pass, no one at the registers, then one girl stood there kinda playing with the salad, (are you gonna refill it or play with it? ) several machines not working, no ice in the drink machine. I let him play for awhile, but went and got pizza somewhere else cuz the line was really long again.

I'd say this place need new management. To order food takes 30 to 45 mins to actually get your food which is a simple pizza take an 1hr 30 mins plus salad bar is for the most part empty. Soda is warm had to add lots of ice. Associates lack work ethic. This is not the only day it's like this.
