I've only been here a few times but I probably won't be going back. They have good bagels, I'll give em that but the people behind the counter either hate their job or are too stuck up to hardly say anything. I'll say something like, "Hey how's it going today?" No response. No smiles, no conversation, no anything except buying bagels. If you're in the food industry, it hurts business if all your workers are highly unpleasant to interact with. I get that people have bad days and everything but every time I've gone there it's been the same experience. I don't like feeling shunned and pushed out of the door just for buying a bagel.

One person working clearly under staffed. The women working was on the phone yelling at an employee for not showing up for work. Very unprofessional. When my family walked in the front doors the whole restaurant was full of smoke from something burning. I ordered strawberry cream cheese and was given regular(probably sold out or something). No bagels in the show case. Was handed a huge carton or half and half over the counter when I asked for cream for the nasty coffee. To top it off all 3 of us threw the bagels away because they were hard as the concrete in the parking lot.

I used to love this place, then moved away for a few years and now back here in Olympia. I've tried Bagel Brothers twice since I've been back and both times I've been disappointed. I won't be wasting any more of my time or money here.

The bagels are chewy and not fluffy. They just don't taste the same and aren't good anymore. It's like they use too much dough and don't let it rise appropriately before cooking.

I tried them a few months ago for lunch and there was one slice of deli meat on my sandwich and when I asked for all the veggies it was a huge ordeal.All I really tasted was an overly doughy bagel. People who ordered after me received their meals before I received mine and was told that the bagel I wanted was sold out (but the dude after me got the last one).

Tired them this morning for breakfast. They made my eggs for my sandwich in a bowl in the microwave and the eggs were liquid from a carton. Not cool in my opinion, I'm paying for scrambled eggs not fake eggs. They add a seasoning to the eggs that tastes like dried up Italian seasoning. Gross. I also waited over 5 min just to have my order taken and it took another 10 min for my sandwich even though there were only two of us in the store and the other guest had been waiting on his food since I walked in. The ham on the sandwich was burnt and I couldn't even bite it. I asked for chive and onion cream cheese on the bagel then the eggs and ham but never got the cream cheese.

There was a man ahead of me, he was waiting for his order and one of the girls realized they were out of hummus and told the customer that. He then changed his order and as she went to make it, she slammed down the deli case and told the man "apparently we're out of guac too". She then asked what his third choice was. I feel that is horrible service; she should have refunded him and given him what she could for free. She said she would be making hummus later....I like that they make the spreads in house, but pay attention to your inventory! If you see your spreads are low, you're out of bagels, then make more, hello!
Surely the day/night shifts here need to communicate, work flows need to be figured out and prep needs to happen.

I won't be going back here. The prices are higher than before and the food quality is way down. The workers all look miserable, none of them are smiley or greet you. The place looks dirty and like no one cares what's happening. Overall, disappointing. I didn't even eat half of my sandwich is was so gross. Disappointing I wasted money here and so glad I didn't get a coffee too (clean that machine! There's dust all around it and coffee spots).

Great bagel, kind staff. Read the other reviews saying this place has gone downhill but I haven't experienced any of those. Great bagel great coffee
