Great place to view the falls. Parked in lot A. $20 all day (we could leave and come back at night without paying again). Went in mid October 2017. Warm t-shirt weather, very small crowd, and pretty fall trees. The center was open even at night (7-8pm Friday night) despite Google saying it was closed. Nice gift shop that sells stamps for postcards and has a Tim Hortons along with a burger/pizza place and a fancy sit down restaurant. We were afraid of getting wet but it wasn't an issue at all. you must go at night to see it all lit up!

Great place to start your trip. You can get your package deals here i feel cheaper and some you can change or modify a little.
Staff: very polite and courteous.
Cleanliness: very clean through out the entire building.

Really nice visitor center with spectacular views. Had fun exploring the journey behind the falls tours, and taking tons of pictures. The souvenirs shop was really nice also, with tons of nice gifts. Great weather for a visit in October.

Paradise on Earth. Feeling of "On Top of The World" is achieved merely by standing facing the Horse Shoe Falls.

Clean, disabled/ accessibility friendly, has a few places to eat, activities for the kids to do (Build a Bear, the movies), has a great patio overlooking the falls and an illuminated giant Canada sign for everyone to take photos with!

Free entry, bustling with people and right on the waterfront with a bridge that takes you over the roadway to the hillside where you can take a tram upwards for $2.75 CDN per adult (at the time of this writing) to the hotels, restaurants, shows, activities and various attractions that the entire family could enjoy.
