We had coupon and used it. The waiter was friendly and courgeual. Our wait was not long and we found a table that was clean. I will return to this one and the only one in Tucson this winter.

I love the Chicken Avocado Bowl. It also has sweet corn, a melted white cheese, pinto beans, some rice and a good amount of fresh grilled chicken chunks. The Avocado is fresh. This is a good alternative to having a hamburger and fries and costs $5.99.)

Wow! Highly recommended! Hadn't been here for awhile. First time ordering online. Staff were so friendly and attentive! Food was incredible! Fresh, flavorful, tasty and affordable. Had the Tortilla Soup, Chicken Taco and Stuffed Quesadilla. Great job El Pollo Loco! I can't wait to eat here again very soon! ☺

They remodeled recently but the front counter now gets very crowded. It was very hard to order and there seemed to be a lack of training for the cashier. She was obviously struggling but no one was helping. The other times I went i did drive thru which went by smooth. I gave there stars for their good food but their dine in wait times needs lots of help.

I ordered the new chicken avacado platter the tortilla broke a part but The worse of my visit was there were a lot of dirty tables and flies. But not only that a employee came out to the dining area and sat down on dirty table with food all over to have her lunch I could not believe that she did not wipe her own table... Wow!!
