Never had a problem with them in over 10 yrs as a customer, until recently. I was on vacation and had cash deposited into my account, with the same personalized slips I used for years. My money was put into a lost funds account because of a 3 digit number that identified me as a new or existing customer (never a problem before) Mind you, my account number, full name, address and phone number we're on the slip. (Vacation ruined)
2nd, I deposited money, only to find the amount was deducted instead of added. Then they said they fixed it, but only put my balance back without the addition.
I just deposited cash and it doesn't show in my balance. These were all cash tranactions, I don't understand how they can be so careless with client funds. I will be leaving Bay Bank

I would suggest not taking over 3 weeks for a loan approval process and you quote 5 days. Just a thought.

Trying to look at your account online is almost impossible. The woman that started my account up had the personality of a brick "although I think bricks may be more personable". There are a 2 ladies at the drive up that keep me coming back because they are so sweet and happy.
