It's a movie theater. Clean. My one complaint is the policy on military discounts. My husband is active duty and the whole family has military IDs, but kids don't typically carry their IDs. This is the only place I've ever been that would not grant military discounts for all of us because kids didn't have IDs. We've never even been asked for kids IDs before.

I was so upset! Bought the $15 pail for popcorn and it advertised the first refill is free and everyone after is $4. Well they wouldn't refill it for free because it came with popcorn....i wouldn't call that a refill! And I missed part of the movie! Was not compensated for either! From now on we will wait for the movie to come out on DVD! Their lose....they showed our movie to 6 people, no wonder when they treat people so poorly.

I've had better Marcus theater experiences. Personally I like the east side venue better. It is laid out better and the sound design is better in the smaller theaters. It is newer though too. But overall this place is okay and decent.

I always enjoy going to Marcus theaters. I definitely recommend joining their rewards club, and using their free app to purchase tickets in advance. It really makes things much easier, and you get free popcorn on $5 Tuesdays!

This theater is like every other Marcus theater, with nothing super amazing nor negative to note. The Dream Loungers are awesome, the prices are a bit much and the customer service is okay at best, but it's being run by high schoolers, so no one should expect amazing treatment. It's a movie theater and it does everything a good theater should.
