Very rude drivers and no respect and I made a complaint when I called and nobody did anything all they said was they were going to talk to the drivers they disrespectful and I will never never ride with taxi number. Exclusive taxi black Dodge van

I took a trip from ramada hotel to walmart at 11 pm at night and to send money , the money center was closed , i and the yellow cab that waited for me took me back to the hotel, it cos me 15 dollars , it was fine, BUT in the morning i took the yellow cab from rammada to walmart SAME TRIP AS LAST NIGHTthere and back , he waited @ walmart for me for 6 minutes, and the trip costed me 38 dollars taxi

Where is the ZERO star option?! I still can't believe the experience my friends and I had with this taxi service. We were going from our hotel to the airport at 5 am. The front desk guy met the cab out front with us, and asked the driver if he could get a receipt since the hotel was paying for it. The female driver immediately became argumentative and hostile with him. As she was chewing on him up front, the other three passengers and I were attempting to put our luggage in the back, but the doors were still locked. When she was asked to unlock the doors, she denied that they were locked and berated us for not knowing how to open the back door. She then put the van in PARK to get out, which unlocked the doors, then angrily confronted one of our group who dared to suggest the door was locked before. As we were putting our bags in the back, she walked to the back and informed us that she had been working all night and didn't have time for us. She then suggested that we might need to call another cab. At that point there was no way we were getting in that vehicle with her. (Because this is the brief version. She said too many crazy hateful things to narrate them all.) We took our bags out, she slammed the back door shut, and peeled out of the parking lot. We had to call a second cab to come get us. From a different company of course. Incredible way to start a vacation.

Absolute garbage, the cabbie was rude, the price was not what he told me, the cab was filthy. Never again.

Enter this travel service van at your own risk! I have been cut off by this van service more than once. They are a real danger to drivers in DFW. They need to keep it closer to the speed limit and not hire drivers that run us off the road!
