They put openings for Management trainee, marketing communications, etc. but all that is an euphemism for door to door marketing.
Worst part is they try to mask that for as long as possible.
For the first interview they asked me general questions for 5 mins. Then they called for a second interview which was "executive shadowing".
Upon asking the executive what is a typical day like for them, I got no clear answer. In fact, all the people I met who were interviewing there were confused about the role.
Finally we went to a residential area where they start their job going from door to door(almost no one opens, obviously). Within 10 mins, I was on my way home.
I have nothing against that job, but if they would have been clear about their intentions it would have saved me a lot of my time.
