Budget Car Rental

Testable I rent a car from them last Monday had to pay 200 dollar deposit and then was supsto to drive. Today they deny me rental with the same card I used 1 week before took over 30 minutes poor service car less people left us without a way to get around me and my friend worst I sent to enterprise were they care about customers treat them right never agian will I give them my business.

I rent from them all the time. I love the staff, they are always courteous and friendly! And I always seem to get a free upgrade just because. Prices are reasonable and I'm always in and out. Thanks for all you all do!

My rental was efficiently handled, and in spite of staffing challenges, I was in and out in less time than I usually spend at an airport, or at many other city counters.

The staff was very courteous, and really tried to make sure that my rental went smoothly. This location has several challenges in both the garage and the physical layout, but they made it as easy as possible for me to both pick up and return my car.

I'd definitely choose this location again, and many thanks to the folks who were working. They made it a breeze for me.

Very poor customer service. I inquired whether I would be able to receive a courtesy drop off. The rep working with me said no problem and asked if he could wait on the next customer. I agreed and sat. A few moments later his manager asked for the address. He then informed me that their radius was 5 miles and my destination was 6.1 miles and pointed across the street and said their was cable service. Other patrons inside was in disbelief over his one mile. His one mile cost him business. I've just moved to the area and my employer chose this location as being close. My schedule requires a rental car every week until the end of the year except for 3 weeks. Each a minimum 3 day rental. After this experience, they have chosen to remove this location from their options. I understand rules. It's not as if the drop off was across town.
