This was the worst experience I've ever had with any company. State Farm paid Hertz for the rental car since this all went through insurance. Somehow, my credit card was charged for the rental also. They refuse to credit me back for the rental car and the employee that I've had the displeasure of dealing with on the phone keeps insisting that I am responsible for the bill and there is never a manager to speak to. WORST customer service ever and I WILL NEVER use this company again for ANY RENTAL. I'll take the bus to work first.

Just received my bill and couldn't believe my eyes!!! I was told I would get a free upgrade at the desk so I took it.. The guy told me that the car typically rented out for double the price I was paying so I was happy... Well, bull on that!!! They charged for the upgrade and never said a word until I just called and talked to the worst "manager" I've ever had to deal with... He must of earn his customer service skills in prison or something.. I swear I could hear his smirk over the phone as he said the bill was correct and I would just have to deal with it! Well, poor excuse for a manager and HERTZ, thank god I have choices of other car rental companies because I will "deal"my money them and it never with HERTZ again. I travel about 15 days a month so I know it wont "HERTZ" them much if I don't rent from them so I hope you don't use them and we can make them learn you cant mess with people and get away with it... The funny this is I told the manager Id write this and he basically laughed!! I hope this review gets him an unemployment check or demotes him to car washer! P.S. before I received my bill hertz sent me a questionnaire and I gave GREAT reviews well I'll write 10 more negative to off set my mistake.....

This was by far the worst place of business ever! I hope State Farm removes this from their rental list. At this particular location the employees are rude and inconsiderate of there customers. After I was given the run around, Brandon, one of the employees, just handed me the keys to a car, he didn't do any inspections or even walk me out to find the car I was renting. I literally had to set the alarm off to find the car. I will not recommended this place to anyone!

I am having the worst experience EVER with Hertz. I am currently in a rental, got it yesterday. The sales person Brandon, put me in a SUV and didn't offer any other options leading me to believe that is what was available. I returned in within the hour because it was way too much vehicle for just me. They switched me to an Impala. The car was last rented by a smoker apparently and dirty, it had only been vacuumed, nothing else. There was a sticky film on evey window as if there had been tinting film that was removed. The windows don't even fully come down as a result. In the process of the initial paperwork I opted for the additional insurance not understanding that I had to pay for 15 days of coverage upfront. $471 was on "hold" on my debit card. Later after I called and it was explained to me that most of that was the insurance and not the 20% of the rental that I was responsible for, so I canceled the Hertz insurance. Now the "hold" is still on my card and it was canceled within an hour of the charge. I went in to the location today to inquire about it and was given a reciept jacket with the Cust. Svc. number circled on it. I called and they can't help while the acct. is still open. Another pointless step. I called the office and a guy named Mike was a little more helpful but not resolving the issue. I will not return to this location and possibly any other Hertz. State Farm made a mistake in adding this Rental car company it its roster of preferred vendors.
