The owner is delusional. Would never recommend them to anyone based on the few interactions I had with him. Unprofessional, rude and wrong about everything discussed with him.

My experience here has been very positive. I don't have a fancy, expensive pool and these people have been so nice and helpful with my questions and problems. They don't try to sell me stuff I don't need and there's no pressure.

We spoke with several companies before deciding to use Charleston Pool and Spa for our pool installation. Mike Arant came out to our house and listened to what we were wanting. He suggested a specific fiberglass pool that he thought made the most sense. We went with his suggestion and couldn't be happier.
Mike and his crew personally performed all aspects of the installation except for the concrete pool deck, which he subbed out to another contractor. The finished product looks great.
Mike then spent some time with us explaining how everything works. We are quite pleased with our new pool.

Mike Arant at Charleston Pool & Spa just completed our swimming pool and we are thrilled. Mike was so knowledgeable and professional as he walked us through the entire process. Everything went along on schedule and when it came time to make certain selections as well as learning about how to take care of the pool, pump, etc. he was so patient and helpful. I would recommend Mike and everyone at Charleston Pool & Spa if you are considering a pool. Jenny and David Welch

Had Mike out 1-2-17. We picked out a design for a Barrier Reef pool, we measured it out in the back yard, found the perfect spot. He told us he'd have a quote to us by the end of the week, nothing. Ok, we call him Monday, he tells us he's been working on 2 other pools and he promised we'd have a quote by end of business day. NOTHING. It's now 1-25-17, still no quote. Don't waste your time.
