Made an appointment with this company on my day off, very cute and cozy place, the receptionist was very kind, but the beautition didn't show up. I sat there waiting past my appointment time, then asked the receptionist if the beautition was ready and she told me she wasn't even in the shop. She sent a text to the beautition that morning but hadn't gotten a confirmation back from her saying if she could be there, so had me sitting waiting on her. Beautition should confirm that they can be there, before you tell the customer unknowingly that they will be there.

Scheduled my appointment online. The next morning (2 hours before my appointment) I was called by someone to cancel my appointment. If I didn't have a special event to go to it would t have been such a big deal. I was informed that the owner said that two hours was sufficient notice, even though they require 24 hrs notice to cancel on them. If you don't have enough people to cover your appointments then those times should not be open on your website. Beware you may be cancelled on last minute. God forbid I was getting married today and they gave me just two hours notice! Definitely not reliable.
