Every visit was another suggestion that I take on another perscription. Since stopping visits there I have become healthier and I don't take all the pills they kept trying to get me on. Doing better, feeling better, and lower costs due to less visits and scripts. I suggest doing due dillegence before picking your doctor at this establishment.

After many years as a patient at this surgery and generally excellent treatment ( Before this last fiasco this would have been a five star review)
, I am writing this review in total disgust at the treatment my wife received. After explaining to her doctor that any tratment needed to be covered by her insurance, she was given an injection for Birth control. Much to our disgust a bill was recieved for $86 through the mail.
My wife was quite specific about any treatment needing to be covered by her insurance, otherwise it was not an option!.
My wife called the office several times and of course could not get hold of the business manager. Today I got on the phone because I was so annoyed at the attitude, they questioned my wifes honesty. It was only when I managed to speak with the office manager the charges were dropped. Is this a common ocurrence?

It is the principle of the thing that annoys me, I have been a patient at this surgery for years, hopefully this is not an indication of downhill ethics of this surgery! If it is I shall be going elsewhere!

Seems to take a really long time during flu season. Twice now I had to wait well over an hour plus another 15 back in the exam room!
Now I go in and put my name in and leave. Figure 10-15 minutes for each person ahead of you plus 3-4 more that are already waiting in the exam rooms. Took 70 minutes last time there were just 4 people ahead of me...

I have had wonderful experiences with Dr. Casey Boyles. He does not rush the visits, and he makes sure that he covers all the bases. Great doc.
