Customer service is the worst the representative Lupe has terrible manners and does not know how to talk to customers. My mother called and I could hear her talking back to my mother very loudly over the phone and did not let my mother finish her sentences to be able to explain the situation. I was surprised that a person representing this insurance company would talk to customers like this. She does not give calls back and does not explain or answer questions without making the client feel dumb to say the least . I am unhappy with the services provided to my mother and I don't think someone like her should talk to customers like that. She is looked for because she is bilingual but that does not give her a right to be rude and disrespectful to customers who look specifically for her. I hope that this comment goes into consideration to the company and have this customer service changed for the better.

Kendall and his staff have not provided my wife and I 5 star service to say the least. They were all gung ho at first to get our business but after that, fell way short. We just purchased a 2016 Malibu with On-Star that should come with an insurance discount but unfortunately he does not offer that discount. I asked why?? and Lupe said they just don't! They also are hard to get a hold of sometimes and don't return phone calls. There is one good thing , His price is hard to beat! Only one we found cheaper so far is Progressive by just a few dollars. Kendall is all about customer service. Kudos to he and his team for always stepping up and helping out. We had a really bad experience with our former company and agent. Kendall said he is always just doing his job, but compared, he really makes a difference.
