Allstate has always been there when we needed help, like the flooded kitchen floor, and other things. I would give Allstate Jodi Matthews a Ten out of Ten.

Worst insurance provider I have ever had.
They told me I didn't have a balance to pay back in February when I was trying to figure out my bills. I even called them multpile times during February and March to make sure I didnt. Then I get a call saying I have an outstanding balance I need to pay immediately but when I tell them I called various times asking for the balance they told me you can't just get free insurance. Seriously? I called you guys back in February various times to figure this out but I'm the one who wants free insurance? Very rude and unorganized office I have ever been too.
