Yoga is not some kind of money making scam or for our self righteousness. It is a place where we go to not be judged and to have time to cleans and heal. Jason Cooper has put together just that place. AC YOGA is open to all and all shall be enriched there and LIVE LAUGH AND LOVE. This AC YOGA rocks and its simple and simple is. Simple is just simple and no work is required. Just time with real friends who encourage enrich and listen. As we do for others. A family........................

An expanding community of yogis, artists, musicians, and cool peeps who come together and share experiences, information, love, and practice. I have met so many wonderful people in the area and am blessed to be a part of this movement to create and grow with everyone!
