Was extremely disappointed after usual good service in the past, to be let down by this company this morning. I booked ahead last night, even discussing with the operator what time I should be picked up to catch my train and allow for rush hour traffic.

When the cab hadn't arrived 10 minutes after it was due I called to see if my driver was on the way to me, to which the operator told me I'd booked it for an hour earlier. Which I hadn't. If that were the case why didn't I receive a drop dial from the company??

I feel I was lied to this morning and was left angered and stressed, with little time to make other arrangements.

I won't be using this company again.

Northern Train line was severely delayed and was unable to arrive to the airport. I was certain I'd miss my flight. Fortunately, upon calling this company they had a driver arrive within minutes. Arrived just in time to check in! Thank you!

I've used Blackline Trinity for the past 2 years and I can say they are very professional and reliable with fair prices.

Have always used black line trinity since I moved to Manchester 7 years ago always on time friendly and personal too driver always has a chat make you feel welcome and safe drivers! Recommend any day 😀😀
