Absolutely shocked at the attitude of the staff at this venue. Five women, one of whom has a physical disability, were told no entry as "Guest list only" and they were "Not disabled friendly" (their words). Never had such negative and openly discriminatory experience. Totally unprofessional, not to mention stuck in the last century. Please do not give this venue any time of day. I sincerely hope there are other places in Cheltenham are not judgmental of people.

Simply the best bar in the south west. Always great atmosphere and music. You'll not have a bad night here.
