Have been going to this gym for four years. Love it. Instructors are lovely as are the other ladies who go and we always have a gas. Workout is quick and effective and has definitely borne fruit for me. The clients are often older so if you have an injury, like me, or a disability the staff can help you to find ways to exercise safely and effectively without doing yourself any harm.
