Customer care is horrendous. I've phoned twice now, one call took 26mins to get through the other took 32mins to get through. On both occasions I was told "the screen has frozen/not loading can I phone you back"... I am still waiting for my phone calls days later. At 7p a min I'm certainly not phoning a third time to waste another 30mins+ of my life. I've emailed the customer support and surprisingly received no response and I have also written a formal complaint and no response. I'm sure Duncan Bannantyne will be pleased to know that this is how his company is being run. Customers put first - definitely not!

A nice gym, but once me and my partner started going there it was impossible to book an induction (was not available online and staff had no clue why when we asked). After consulting at the reception for multiple times and arriving to the gym for no reasons as we were verbally promised an induction which never happened, we decided not to continue going here. We wanted a better option but the service we were getting was even worse than at a cheaper gym. If I decide I want to go to a gym it is so that I can use the equipment available but without the induction it was very difficult to get around. I do not feel as a valued customer and I feel like I wasted my money and time. However, I wish this gym all the best in the future as it offers really nice, well-maintained facilities and hopefully customer service really improves in the near future.

Great selection of popular classes, traditional machines and miscellaneous equipment, including the latest fads, to help you tailor your very own exercise programme in a pleasant and nicely decorated space.
The swimming pool is very bright. The coffee lounge can be very busy and parking a bit tight at popular times. Overall, a most pleasant experience. Probably the best gym in Aberdeen.

Love this gym, has up to date gym machines with plenty of options. Spa is a great addition, wish the pool was slightly bigger but i still enjoy my time here a lot. Best gym i have used and even though it’s slightly more expensive than the others i believe it’s worth it.
