Great 50m pool, excellent for training. Great changing room facilities and plenty of storage lockers. My one gripe is that the showers are too hot for me, but otherwise a great facility, friendly staff and probably the best indoor swimming in Aberdeen.

Good 50 m pool, wide lanes. But dirty installations. Swimmers enter without taking the mandatory shower. No swimming hat mandatory as it is in the majority of pools, so women hair are everywhere. During the winter, the water is warm but the ambient air is cold. Some staff is rude. A correct pool, but far away of being world class...

The aquatics centre is very good. Two amazing swimming pools, clean, and with good water temperature. There are plenty of changing rooms and lockers, and also hair dryers and one (only) swimming trunk dryer.
But they could improve the way to check the schedules, it is a bit cryptic the way the named the different activities. There are also some time gaps like Friday afternoon without any swimming lane until 8:30 pm. The toilet is smelly and there is no water fountain around more than the one in the sauna/steam room.
