The museum is housed in a beautiful old building with a large garden. You will see lots of families playing here and photographers immortalizing their young models or their soon-to-be married couples here. There are several old machines on display, but we have no idea how they work. Nice place to hang out, but little educational value. A missed opportunity.

Outstanding example of Japanese Imperial architecture, there was no need for a building with such a mundane function to be so nicely designed.

Look no further if you want to have a better understanding of where tap water come from. The main building is a trip. It's always amusing to find Euro-Japanese architecture. The campus is quite large, and strolling around it is a pleasure.

Not a lot of interesting stuff to see unless tap water really is your thing. What's with all the cosplayers?
