It’s a very nice hotel , new and clean, 3 star standard , has all the basic things , but far away from city centre, almost 30 mins walk

Extremely disappointed about this hotel. First of all the room had cockroaches. The windows are thin and you can hear all the cars passing outside. The first 3 days i was invaded by cigarete smell and they couldn't do anything. The door lock was broken any they didn't bother to fix it for 2 weeks after insisting multiple times. I had a terrible experience and will never stay at this hotel again.

2 star hotel with 4 stars displayed. Noisy inside, old installations and improperly managed. Location is also improper.

Very disappointed in our stay. Only 1(one) electrical socket in the whole room! One set of towels for 3 persons, and one set of toiletries. The bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and paint was coming off the walls, bath drain was clogged with old hair. As for the beds.. I've slept better at lower rating hotels. They're very uncomfortable, I woke up with back and neck pains. Do yourself a favor and don't stay there. As others said they're all image and fail to provide the 4 star comfort which they advertise, we paid 4 star cash for 2 star comfort.
