Nice place with good view at the harbour. It is the only place around Tomis Harbour open all year around with good coffee. Very popular among younger people especially during winter time.

Chill place with a nice view of the harbor, though that can be said about any place in that area. They have some nice cocktails (rainbow and coconut kiss) and deserts (lava cake). The service was slow, even though there weren't many customers. The music was very nice (chill/lounge).

That's a nice, relaxing place, on the tourist marina shore, not crowded being there at midday. Various dishes menu (fish, duck, turkey). One of the few places where you can try the famous coffee kopi luwak.

Probably the best place when not crowded.
Nice atmosphere at the edge of the marina. Good coffee (Illy) and pleasant staff.
- Do not order food when crowded, you'll have to wait up to 1½ hours but it is wort the wait.
