I've been a long time member, but I'm pretty close to cancelling my membership - I can't believe how disgusting and run down the facilities are getting.

There's a good inch of dust on the backboards in the cardio area, and the machine handles feel like they haven't been cleaned in at least a week. I felt sick touching them. Using the 'cleaning' spray didn't bring much reassurance - the rag is always soaked through and gross to touch (maybe why the machines don't get cleaned?)

The changing room has been out of tissue for three weeks and there's an inch of dust and hair in the container.

One of the cardio machines in back has a persistent squeak and has for at least a year.

With all the new gyms opening in Wellington I'd think twice before you join Configure Express. It would be nice if they cleaned up their act.
