Went there spontaneously to get my ear pierced and the lady was really nice and said she could do it the same day, just an hour later. She was lovely and did a really good job, I would definitely go there again and it was totally worth the 40$.

It was very bad. Booked last week for my daughters christmas presantwhich was to get earrings and i then rang on Wenesday to make sure the lady would be there
She said to prob. Got there at right time she wasn't there and they were rude with it

Very rude...I did not appreciate the extra 20 minutes I spent waiting. Poor staff management. I was not even completely seen to when I was then ushered out to the waiting room for the next client. I felt mortified and uncared for. Service is also not that great...go somewhere else!
