Very comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Bonus was the spa! Loved it!

Lovely place to stay. Warm welcoming at reception. Definitely helped explain great things to do for us on holiday. Location is perfect for a tourist. Got to the room and was lovely and warm . The cleanliness of the room wasn't 100. E.g. stained carpets, dirty cups. Suggest maybe little dish wash liquid to go with the dish cloth and tea towel may help. The only other thing that would have been helpful would have been a book in the room explaining bits about the hotel. E.g. check out times, breakfast area location and times, numbers to contact reception, etc. Other than that would totally stay again.

Excellent service and very courteous staff. Harjap is extremely friendly and provides really good customer service. Puts in time and attends accurately to all questions including helping out with local site seeing. Brilliant experience. Clean and cozy rooms and free car is convenient after paying ridiculous parking rates in Auckland.

Nice room, but very bad leak in basin which leaked all under bathroom sink onto floor and into the toilet. Needed all our toilets to clean it up then we were given more toilets and had to use those again in the morning to mop up the water.
Nice to arrive to a lovely warm room

Quaint. Very simple accommodation. But it is close to everything. Nice staff. Nice location. No bustle of a high price Hilton. Very good family vibe.
