Horrible accommodations. Place has seen much better days. Room stunk, restaurant for breakfast was quite nasty. Staff tried to help with various items, but no help.
PS, the place is set to be torn down soon. Recommend to stay away from here unless it's the last room in town.

Hit and miss a couple of weeks ago we tried it on hearing previous leaseholders were gone who incidentally were brutal. We were greeted by alva and Damien they were first class in attending our needs the food was excellent and the drink A1. The other day we were greeted by two ignorant inattentive females one nursing a hangover, who practically ignored us until I had to address them and after a long wait for drinks was handed a putrid pint of the worst slop imagable. And a watered down glass of the cheapest white wine you can get. I promptly placed them back on the counter and left to spend over 80 euro in the yacht ⛵ pub in clontarf where we got the food drink and service we deserve.

Where to start
We recently had a funneral and booked into the the hotel for our dinner for the afters and on arrival we were sent to the back bar where we found dirty tables and seats the when everyone arrived the waitress came around to take our order for either turkey or beef as she was taking the orders it was very clear there was no system put in place i straight away thought to my self this is going to be a joke and how right i was
First came all the turkey so who ever ordered the turkey got there dinner first who ever ordered the beef waited a good 45 min after the turkey was served to receive there beef dinner guests had to clear the tables the staff were running around like headless chickens when we asked the waitress if our beef was comming we were meet with the worst attitude iv ever seen as she replyed yes i know your waiting im going to get it now
I work as a chef manager and have been in the industry for 15 years and was disgusted with the service the attitude of the staff and the way things were handled its a funneral the family shouldnt have to have any more stress than they are already going through and i feel the Addison lodge added a great deal of stress to the day when servers were clearing the tables after the turkey dinners the beef arrived and we were told there were no more gravy boats so we were served gravy in a soup bowl i looked at the bar and all the dirty dishes were sitting up there including all the gravy boats
I was thinking just go and wash some you lazy ......
The food was terrible veg under cookes meat dry and they ran out of turkey so served what i can only describe as an abomination of pastry and chicken
Very disappointed for the whole family and theses guys will happily serve you muck and take your money

Smells musty. Bar and restaurant in poor shape. Lamp and lights in room out of order, small fridge in room reeked. Bed so uncomfortable. So many cobwebs in outside of windows.

Recommend to not stay here unless it's the last room available in Dublin. Don't be fooled, it's not really a B&B. Breakfast is additional and nothing to write home about.

According to the publicly posted sign out front the place is soon to be torn down to make way for construction of new homes.

It's ok if your just looking a bed for the night… bar was closed and locked up before half 11 and there was no staff to been seen after this time… the tv in the room didn't work so I basically paid 105 euro to sleep in an old bed… lovely staff and great access to public transport is the only thing this hotel has going for it
