They lie about pricing and will screw you over. First they tell me that the bigger car is more expensive than the smaller car (which makes sense) then when I switch out for a smaller car later in my reservation, they tell me that somehow a smaller car is more expensive. All this after they told me that the smaller car is less expensive and they'll refund the difference (about 1000 euro). If this doesnt make sense, you're right, it doesnt.
I would take my business elsewhere. Stick to Hertz and Enterprise and leave these ripoff agencies alone. Im going to duspute the charges with my credit card at this point. They take advantage of tourists.
