Quality of sandwiches has gone down hill in the last few months. They are dry, not done correct or just taste lousy. Went in one day and the manager took my order. It was taking a long time and then I noticed that he was now doing a job interview with someone and had never made my sandwich. Not sure what has changed but I use to enjoy the food, not so much anymore.

Always great, pretty fast for the volume, sometimes there's mistakes on sandwiches, but everything tastes great. They have daily soup options and most are awesome. Split pea and ham is top notch, and they have the best beef stew anywhere. I just wish theyd post which soup was available on their website so you know what is on, rather than having to call. For this part of the city theres no place better for a quick lunch grab n go.

I ordered two gluten free sandwiches. The bread was awful. With so many options on the market it's sad that they are using tiny pieces of frozen bread. My son who is 8 had a Tiny bit of tuna on two pieces of tiny frozen toasted bread. toasted

A staple sandwich place in Worcester. With great sandwiches and creative specials. Never disappointed when having lunch here.
