This is by far the worst place to rent a car. I rented a Hyundai accent from 03/06/15 6pm to 03/08/15 4pm. The rental premium should be $99. However, they charged me $158 just because I returned the car at 4pm and they were closed then! There is a key return box on the wall and the staff told me that it is OK to return the car after work hours. However, it is their “unique policy” that an extra day will be charged if you drop off the car after their open hours which the staff did not tell me. What a ridiculous and deceptive policy! It is a pity that I can not give them a negative five star review on google. Folks please watch out when renting cars from this place. They do their business by ripping you off!

Rented from here despite bad reviews because they were the only place in the area that had the kind of car I wanted and had no problems with them. There was nobody there when I arrived, but they had just stepped out for a few minutes and were back by when the sign they left said they would be. Quick to get the car, quick to drop off, and the vehicle was nice. Credit card charge hasn't cleared yet, but the receipt lists the charge I was told up front.

I rented a car from this place. Big mistake. When i went in to get the car, I was in and out in about 4 minutes. sounds good right? But no, they didnt even do a walk around on the car to look for damages that are already on the car when you rent. They barely spoke to me exept to ask me for my credit card, and then handed me the keys and told me where the car was parked. I was told the car would be $152/week and when the guy asked me how long I would have it, I told him " i honestly dont know." He seemed ok with that-didnt say anything but "ok". When I returned the car (through the key drop box after hours), my card wasnt even charged until 4 days later. It was charged $228 more than what was agreed to, and that doesnt even include tax.
I called about this several times over the next few weeks and was always told the manager was " out for the day", and I never got a return phone call from him when I asked. AND once when I called I was told " um, I kinda have a long line in front of me, can you call back in like ten minutes?" Then they didnt answer the phone. So I went in. The guy at the desk was swearing at a customer on the phone. Im not even kidding. He gave me my print out, which NOW said that the car was 179.99 a day. 26 dollars more than I was told. However, they "couldnt find" the paper I'd signed with the previous rate on it. They charged me a $50 "miscellaneous fee", which he said was because my account didnt have enough funds on it when they ran my card (It did. AND they didnt run my card for 4 days.) and charged me EXCISE tax on a car that was registered in Virginia!! OH! AND they said that I had the car longer than I was supposed to, which didnt make sense because the guy at the desk didnt tell me how long I was "supposed to" have the car. So they said they charged me more money per day on the "extra days" I had the car.
This particular branch will give you the run around, charge you ridiculous hidden fees, avoid the hell out of you when you realize it, then justify every little bit with nonsense explanations. Oh, and possibly swear at, or in front of you.

I know this is long. Im sorry. But this was a terrible experience and I want to make sure NO ONE goes through what they will put you through!

I called in advance and asked if I could get a pick up. They said they would. After I booked, I called and they refused to come and pick me up, saying THEY made a mistake. Also they gave me wrong information about insurance, and I had to pay almost double. Beware when making business with them.
I also got a truck with the engine malfunction light on.
But the drive was smooth, and the guys in the branch I returned it to (Allston) were nice. So I guess it is this branch that you should be careful of.
