I will say very friendly service, great information on products, and fair prices. On the down side, my 2017 Jeep with 300 miles on it went into the shop without a scratch . It came out with a small paint chip on the edge of the driver door, and a scratch in the dash . Of the four screws that hold the amp in place, one was bent and screwed in sideways. The manager said " I can fix that screw". That was the least of my worries at that point, but should that have even left like that ?After I asked for the explanation of a $45 charge I was not told about , the manager quickly reminded me how he installed my dash speakers for free. I reminded him how my jeep was damaged.I was never offered a discount, or was there any attempt to fix any of the damage. Only replacing the bent screw was offered. I asked to make sure it didn't happen to my Ram, if I brought it in. It's possible they may not care at this point, but I do not think Ill be taking my vehicles back to this shop. I understand things happen , but they didn't even tell me about any of these things. I had to find them on my own in the parking lot.

The managers of this business gave my daughter 2 different quotes on a new stereo, dvd player and diagnostics on her speakers. They even wanted to send someone out to our home to get our daughter and bring her back to their store to show her what all they wanted to do to her vehicle. Me, being old-fashioned, called them and told them to not send anyone out to get my daughter, even if she is an adult, she still lives with me, and she has trust issues because of what her ex-husband did to her, so no, this did not set well with me, who are these guys? Never heard of this place before. They charged her $500 to do everything, I just think that is way to much money for a single mom on a limited budget to begin with. I talked with some friends that do this for a living and they said they only charge as high as $350.00, so I will not come visit this place again.

I had an issue with my phone connecting properly to the blue-tooth on my aftermarket stereo. Zack was very helpful and successfully solved the problem. He made necessary phone calls after trying what he believed would solve the issue. I appreciated his professionalism and understanding. Thanks Zack!
