Because Uber can only give you a 15 min window on a scheduled ride, I went with Napoleon because they offered an exact time to select pickup. I scheduled a 6:30 pickup for my 15 min ride to the train station for my 7:00 train. I got a notification at 6:31 that my cab was en route. I thought, hmmm, hopefully they are close by and clicked the link that was texted to me. Nope, 18 min away! I even tried to be courteous and call Napoleon to let them know I would be canceling. They never picked up and my driver (Alicia) didn't have any published phone number (how foolish is that in today's day and age). I went with the sure thing, I called Uber. They were there in 3 min, I had the drivers phone number if I needed to reach him. Even with the unexpected foul up by Napoleon, Uber got me to the train station with 5 min to spare. Thanks Uber! Napoleon, never again!

I love Napoleon taxi!!!!! Not only as passenger, but also as a driver.... I've had the best experiences having the opportunity to drive and meeting the wonderful owner and staff of Napoleon taxi.... I'm so greatly and this company will always be #1 in my book. ..

Every Time I Get The Driver Alicia She Alwayssss Find Ways To Get Extra Money, She Went An Even Longer Route When I Told Her To Turn Where She Needed To . She Just Threw Her Headphones On And Ignore. Then Going To Tell Me Its A Dollar Surcharge When I Rode At 8am !! I Can Read The Message I'm The Window.. 9pm-6am Smh . Next Time I Get Her I'm Calling Napoleon And Cussing Them Out HIRE BETTER PEOPLE

This company should be shut down. I can't wait until LYFT/UBER take over the city and there is no longer a need for this company. They have the worse customer service and the drivers are even worse. I've watched their meters and they increase in price very quickly. If I ever take this cab again I will record and if the meter is jumping before the mileage I will sue their asses. The cab has made me late three times going to work and then there unapologetic and still expect you to pay a high fair. People please take LYFT/UBER, it's a fraction of the price and the companies are honest.

I work part time, so I am biased. Better than baseline cab service. Better than Uber, actually.
