Barre Up!

I love this studio! The classes are nice and small. The instructors are skilled and they make you feel welcome. Being overweight, I did not think I could do Barre up, but I wanted to try. It's now 3 weeks later and I'm doing stretches I could not do the first week. Highly Recommend!!

Every instructor brings a different (and great) vibe to the class and Julie, the owner, is fantastic (very good at helping you find the form you need to be challenged). Always felt like I got the personal instruction I needed and they include modifications with most poses in barre and yoga so you can switch if you don't feel comfortable.

Love this studio! Every instructor is skilled and brings great energy to each class. They also provide a flexible schedule of a variety of classes throughout the day. Highly recommend to anybody looking for a good workout!

The owner, Julie Smith, is a former GYROTONIC® student and co-worker of mine. Julie has a no-nonsense, honest, yet fun and friendly approach to teaching. She is a straight-shooter with keen business sense, as well. I would highly recommend Barre Up to anyone living in or visiting the Raleigh area.

The instructors are amazing! It's a total workout and a lot of fun. So glad I found this place so that I can work out and not feel judged or pressured. The atmosphere of the studio is positive and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone in the Raleigh area.
