Update - About an hour after posting this, I got a call from the service department. They are still waiting on a part, but everything else is ready to go.

I purchased a Winnebago Micro Minnie from Bill Plemmons a little over a year ago. We had a very friendly and helpful salesperson. We found a better deal at a dealership in Wilmington, so Bill Plemmons came down on their price to get closer to the price of the RV dealer in Wilmington. At the time, we thought it would be worth the price to have the dealership closer to home. Now, I'm not sure if we made the right decision.

We love our Minnie and have been happy with it overall. We have been disappointed in Bill Plemmons service though. After our first camping trip, we realized the DVD player didn't work and there were a few minor issues. We called to see if we could get it fixed and left multiple messages with the service department with no return calls. We didn't really care about the minor fixes, so we decided we would get them repaired when we got our annual service done.

We called multiple times to schedule our annual service appointment and finally booked something about a month out. We dropped our Minnie off on August 22. We called about 2 weeks later to get an update and there was no return call. I called again the following day and was told they ordered parts and it would be ready in about week. I called back the following week and left messages three days in a row. The last time I called I asked to not be transferred, that I needed to talk to someone and they transferred me to the service manager (I got his voicemail). I finally received a call back later that evening and was told they were still waiting on my parts. They said it should be ready early the next week.

It has been almost another two weeks (they've had my Mini for almost a month) and I'm still waiting. Of course, they will not return my calls or give me any updates. It is frustrating enough to not have our travel trailer available for a month, but at least return our phone calls and give us an update.

Believe the poor reviews on service for Bill Plemmons. I read some of the other reviews and tried calling and asking for the service manager (Wells) and owner (Sterling), but was asked to leave a message for both of them. Maybe someone will respond to my post.

Kyle, our salesman was great! However a blip with our paperwork got no response from our many calls to Leigh-anne to fix it. 100 miles later at the other location we were able to get it fixed. Our rv was said to be polished and the carpets cleaned, but it was only washed. We have also a major wiring issue. Never again.

Joe has treated us very well! We were hooked up with a wonderful purchase. They have worked with us meticulously, they dont mess around! If you want a good deal, and dont want to be jerked around, get to Bill Plemmons!

We went here today....supposed to be Thor dealership!! Don't think so..not one on the lot.Sales man not too informative. We r looking to buy in about 6 months.Maybe that's why he really didn't seem too enthused about talking or showing us.Our search continues.

We did our research and found prices here among the lowest prices through out the country. Folks here all very friendly to us, our 2 big dogs and our traveling chicken.Our salesman, Joe was very knowledgeable. We were never pressured even to look at rigs we didn't ask to see let alone buy.
We spent the night hooked up in the yard where we moved our stuff from old rig to new. Got our walk thru in the AM. Very happy!
