Let's just say they are a specialist($40co-pay) RIGHT? I go in as a new patient and before I could get my new paperwork filled out I was in and out with a prescription (Nikki). She prescribed me 2 medications that cost me $300 with insurance. So needless to say I only got the antibiotics which I was directed to take 2 times a day. That mean here came the yeast infection. I call to see if they could call me something in and there answer is no we don't call in yeast infection mediction.... WHAT DR PERSCRIBES YOU ANTIBOTICS THAT CAUSES YEAST INFECTION AND CAN'T GIVE YOU MEDICINE TO CURE YOUR YEAST INFECTION. I now have to pay ANOTHER co-pay to get cured and her antibiotics hasnt did anything for my face either... I'm furious!!!!! Pic is 2 week's later

Without doubt the fastest and some of the friendliest medical service I have ever received. From the front desk to the nurse to Dr Hayes, everyone was kind and reassuring even though I was really stressed and anxious. I didn't even have time to fill out my paperwork in the waiting room by the time they called me back, that's how fast they were. I'm so glad they're here. Much better than the experience I had at the Saints Dermatology clinic in Edmond.

Doctors state that something will help and make accusations but are not willing to act upon them or put it in writing therefore making it pointless to see a dr. At this location

This was our first visit. The staff and doctor were very engaging, very professional and knowledgeable. No problem locating the office or making an appointment.Thank you ShelbiHayes MD. and staff.

Never told me where my appointment was I drove to not only one but TWO old locations.. Every time I called the nurse line I was disconnected. NEVER could get ahold of a human. Finally someone called me and told me the new address which I could not find using my gps, or navigation in my vehicle. Save your time and go to a more patient friendly dermotologist I'm livid that they wasted my time and I waited three weeks for this ridiculous appointment. (And no I never DID locate their "new location")
