Had dinner with my family, and while the service was great, my baked potato tasted very old. My youngest daughter's potato was fresh out of the oven, but mine tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer all day😝

Being new transplants in Nampa , we just had to try Dickey's BBQ on 12th Ave by Walmart for lunch. No "fast food" here. The fresh smoked brisket was amazing .....and if you've never tried their Baked Potato Casserole you need to stop in. The food was delicious. The Owner took us back to see the smoker pit --- Real meat smoked in a big old smoke pit right there on site. We had GREAT food and the staff and owners were fabulous!! The owners were friendly and welcoming and invited us back......and we will be!
Well.........been craving that brisket so had to come back today. Added RIBS to my order - gotta say, BEST DANG RIBS EVER!!! Tuesday is their Rib plate special, so I guess I'll be back on Tuesday.....

Great as always! My mom and I are never disappointed with the food or service at this location. Clean, friendly, free ice cream, and punch cards make it a quality dining location. We recommend: brisket one meat plates, sides of waffle fries, Caesar salad, green beans, and baked potatoe casserole! The staff also came by to see if everything was great, it was! The check up was MUCH appreciated.

We ordered a meal through their catering service for my daughter's birthday. When I showed up at the time to pick it up they had no idea what I was talking about. Not only could they not help me they didn't do much to try to fix the problem either. What a nice birthday present for my daughter! There unreliability has sold me on not using their business in the future, and I'm telling all of my friends and relatives about their failure.

UPDATE: While we weren't happy with the service at all, the owner, Cheryl, contacted us and apologized about the mistake. We just received a free meal in the mail so at least they know how to treat customers when there's a mistake made.

Dickey's did an incredible job with their catering. We had a party for about 30 people and ordered beef, chicken, green beans, potato casserole, Cesar salad and rolls. They delivered everything, including utensils, serving spoons, and extras like croutons, Parmesan cheese, salad dressing, butter, and three different types of BBQ sauce. Our guests were very happy with the super delicious food, and the whole process was a great experience. Staff were helpful and professional, checked with us several times before the event, and made our party a huge success. Not having to cook for that many people made it so much more relaxing for Mom and I to enjoy ourselves and allowed us to focus on our guests. Thanks, Dickey's!
