Great service, fast service, and reservations were for another location but vehicle reserved was not available went to this location was placed in a bigger n better vehicle for same price..Christian n Tan 👍☝👌👆

It's a no-frills place, but the staff member I dealt with was kind and professional and got me the car I needed.

Coming in from an hour and a half to pick up reserved rental, and they wanted paperwork that we were not told we would need. If we couldn't get it then we couldn't rent vehicle. Staff was not friendly about it at all. When we came back they told us a price along with the deposit. We had just enough to cover that in our bank. Then upon looking at what they actually took out, it was six dollars more than they had said. This over drew our account causing overdraft fees. If I would rent a car again from enterprise it would have to be at the airport in Mobile. The one on government I will never go back to, and will be making sure to tell all my family and friends about my experience here. Nobody I know will come to this enterprise again. Unless there stupid and would rather be treated unprofessional and with racist hatred.
