Top notch quality yoga studio. The teachers are well versed in their practice and offer a variety of poses for different levels. As a dancer and someone who has always been athletic they offer a great physical challenge for my body while simultaneously leaving me with peace and serenity in my mind. Truly one of the best studios I have ever practiced at.

I've been practicing at Hot Asana for the past few months. The instructors are all very professional and knowledgeable about yoga. The space is always clean and well kept and they offer lots of other amenities like towels, tea, etcetera to make you comfortable.

I've never actually been to a yoga class before, and my sister loves yoga so I decided to tag along. I felt super comfortable and not at all like a first timer. Heidi is awesome and a really great teacher!!! We will definitely be back.
