Great coaching, great atmosphere, great workout. My wife and I were in the area for our 19th wedding anniversary and decided to do a WOD at one of the local Crossfits. There seemed to be quite a few to choose from. Tami at Crossfit Pandoras Box was quick to respond and there was much more offered than just another WOD(including an opportunity to work with renowned Olympic lifter Jared Enderton). In addition to a killer Saturday team WOD, Tami took LOTS of extra time to chat with us, check up on us during the pre WOD strength session and some extra time after to discuss training tips. Crossfit Pandoras Box was also kid friendly which is important to us as we are foster and adoptive parents. If you're in the area be sure to make this box your stop.
