Had a massage and used the gym on the same morning. The massage was great, and the gym so/so but they have a policy that the gym use is free with a service. I paid for both separately. The only way they would refund the gym fee is if I came back in person, I had a show to go to that night and an early flight out of Vegas. Would not mail it, nor do a partial refund on my card. What a way to hose people.

So disappointed that a Las Vegas Hotel would only have access to a gym from 6a-6p. And you have to walk so far to even get to it...SMH! Never again will I stay at this Hotel, it's not worth all the money they charge.
