Don't expect to get any sleep. The walls are paper thin and the layout of the apartment forces your bedroom right next to the hall. If you are not on the top floor you will hear every step the person above you takes.
The staff is more unprofessional than you would expect even for college students. I even heard a staff member brag about being able to use their card key to "Go into the apartments, take whatever I want, and no one would know." This is true because they are not even required to leave any notifications that they entered. You cannot lock the doors (a 'locked' door can be open with the push of a pencil.)
The apartments are filthy and if anything goes wrong you will wait weeks for maintenance to come. Don't expect internet for the first few weeks ether, even though most of your college classes will require it. If you want to use to land line you will find you are unable to as half the phone lines do not work.
The 'personality test' for a roommate that you fill out will be COMPLETELY ignored.

For the extremely high price, you can find much better.
