I love Cocoa Moon. I have been eating here for almost 3 years. I have never had a bad meal. Always good food and good service.

What an awful experience. We placed our order at 6:36pm and were told over an hour later that our server, Alex R, "just found out" the "Asian chef" wasn't in and that the entrees we ordered were no longer available; there was no apology. We overheard this same server tell our neighboring table the same news over half an hour earlier, but we weren't directly told until a half hour later. We asked for a manager and waited another 15 minutes to he told, "yeah the manager says he's sorry, he's in the kitchen and can't come." We asked him to remove the entrees that we never received that were originally charged on our bill, but our spring rolls and my husband': soup were left on, despite us requesting that they be removed as well. Any half-decent manager knows to remove the small items and offer the patrons some discount, at the very least meet the patrons face-to-face, but we didn't even receive a sincere apology. Not only were we forgotten by our server, but we waited for over an hour to be told we couldn't get what we ordered, and then were forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time to be told by a rude employee that the manager wasn't available. By far the worst restaurant I've been to in Knoxville. This was our first visit and undoubtedly our last.

Wonderful food, excellent service. Our kids even enjoyed their meals. The management was super generous with appetizers and dessert. Thank you for a great meal.
