Great workout! The WOD was really long and brutal, but Becca coached me through it. I would definitely visit this box again any time I am in Dallas.

I have been to CrossFit boxes from Oregon to South Carolina. This is by far the nicest facility I've been to. The gentleman at the front immediately gave me a tour and was a total professional. If you live here I highly recommend this CrossFit.
