Service is extremely slow here, at the present time there is only one staff member and apparently they have misplaced the keys to a rental causing another customer to have to get a different vehicle which is causing the delay. Very disappointed in this service.

They were willing to take my rental and save me a trip back to the airport. I appreciate the good customer service.

Pick-up/Return went smooth. Rokiah was very very nice. Would recommend and rent from here again.

Everybody works hard and goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are good. Transactions are quick enough, staff especially Rokiah are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful enough and really makes my day from pickup to return trip. Keep up the good work!!
