Taylor Lee initially reached out to me in response to my Internet request and Mr Baxter joined him in an effort to create several packages/offers most relevant to my needs. They explained things in detail and patiently addressed each question or concern even when it meant staying late!!! My policy was created over the phone so that my insurance cards were ready the day I went in to sign paperwork. The facility uses cutting edge technology to expedite communications and transactions. The office is very tastefully furnished with a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Each member of the team- even beyond those mentioned above- have all been friendly and courteous. I was greeted warmly and offered refreshment. I am excited by the competive rates, tremdous savings, and professional staff!!!!!
